Marine Vault booking alert text messages.
Marine Vault (The Marine Vault LLC) sends booking alert text messages to marina staff who use the Marine Vault marina admin. When a customer books, requests a quote, cancels, or pays a balance for a service at a marina, the marina's on-call staff member gets a short text about it.
A marina manager enters the on-call staff member's mobile number in the marina admin under Settings, “On-call phone for text messages”, with that person's agreement. Entering the number is consent to receive these alerts. Texts are never sent for marketing.
Message frequency varies with the marina's bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to texts you receive and send.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email support@themarinevault.com. A marina manager can also remove the number in Settings at any time.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
