How much does Marine Vault cost?
Marine Vault is free to start. Paid memberships are Crew at $4.99/month and Pro at $9.99/month, billed monthly and cancellable anytime.
Does Marine Vault take a cut of the job?
No. Marine Vault never takes a percentage of your project. Owners and contractors arrange and make payment directly between themselves.
How do owners and contractors pay each other?
Directly, by whatever method you agree on. Marine Vault is where you find each other, agree on the work, sign the work order, and track the job — we do not process or hold the job payment.
What do the paid plans include?
Crew unlocks storing vessel records, posting crew jobs, and posting your CV. Pro adds posting projects, bidding on projects, and the insurance-verified badge. Basic includes browsing, messaging, the marketplace, and applying to crew jobs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings; your plan stays active through the current billing period and won't renew. See our Refund Policy for details.
What about the Marketplace and Crew Board?
Browsing and buying or selling in the Marketplace, and applying to crew jobs, are included. Posting crew jobs requires a Crew or Pro membership.
